I would not recommend Wishpond to anyone. Look elsewhere. They make it sound very easy with their "managed" services and yet it cost me way too much time and aggravation. Now they are trying to stick us with a 12month commitment. We spend many hours responding to their needs and questions and yet 3 times in a row they did not implement the changes that we clearly laid out. Also their team is NOT in Canada as thy said, but overseas and respond in the middle of the night between 12am and 4am EST. Again, I suggest you look elsewhere and to other providers like Shortstack or Gleam.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE. I was duped into a 6 month commitment - they did not adequately provided services I paid for. I did two different campaigns - 1. get photos/videos 2. giveaway contestThe get photos/videos - I received ONE entry. I had given them a list of 42,000 customers for facebook targeting. the Facebook Ads result was disappointing in terms of reaching audience. When I pointed this out, they blamed Facebook and said they were going to create a helpdesk ticket to determine what's wrong. They should really just admit that their advertising "expert" is not an expert at all. After taking their recommendation on what award to give out, they then tell me "oh, getting photos and videos are usually hard". Well, thanks for telling me that after spending $1000 worth of services and advertising.2. Giveaway campaign - my item on Amazon has over 2,000 reviews at the time I was running this giveaway campaign. After chatting with their "expert" I did the higher end of his recommendation for prize (2 $500 giftcards to Amazon plus the prize). The results, again, was abysmal and simply a joke. I looked in my Facebook ads account and realize it was the targeting that was probably the issue. they targeting "tech savvy" customers. If anyone at their company bothered reading any of my 2,000 reviews they will realize, very quickly, that my product, although it is a cell phone accessory product, is mostly purchased by moms and teachers. it was clear to me that nobody bothered reading any of my reviews. They did not take the time to get to know my product or my audience - they just went in blindly to target what they "think" is right. After I pointed this out, they did update the targeting.Once again, results were awful.Once again, they blamed it on Facebook, and created another "help ticket" to "determine the root cause". They should really just admit that their "Facebook expert" is no expert at all. Today I realized they have been charging my credit card $500 every month, with a total of $4000 - which is $1000 more than my contract amount, btw. I'm contacting my credit card company to resolve this, but honestly I'm not sure I can get my money back.my advice - stay away, because they will not get you results you are looking for. And you better watch your credit card. oh, and BTW, I changed my credit card numbers to try and get them off my account. it DID NOT WORK. they were still able to charge. Yes, it's true. I didn't even know companies can do this.Janine.

If there's a candidate for a company getting a fine under GDPR it has to be this one. Never signed up or heard of them but get constant emails, no unsubscribe button and they don't listen to polite emails requesting removal from their database. Nothing more than spam.

Like the previous reviewer, constant spam from this outfit. No unsubscribe button, 2 requests to stop have been ignored. And if they wish to dispute this I am only too happy to provide the email trail.

They keep spamming me with unsolicited emails. TAKE THE HINT YOU PLEBS.Not only that, but you keep addressing me as Zayne which isn't even close to my name.
