What do you like best?
Nothing at all!! No pros!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What do you dislike?
This company needs to work on their customer service department. Camilla was the worse to deal with. If you call to ask questions they sound irritated and just want to get you off the phone. The system is glitchy and clunky. I honestly can't believe they are still in business. Unprofessional staff and company! Beware!!

Its easy to set up and maintain if you are new to CRM

It doesnt have a ton of follow up systems to send out fliers etc

Contact management features include the capability of importing any Gmail interactions one has had with a customer to be included in “conversations.”
What do you dislike?
The calendar-based dashboard is visually cluttered, and I feel new versions should focus strongly on revamping the UI.

It’s evident Wise Agent was built to be flexible, to work with agents already entrenched in any number of lead-generation or email marketing accounts. And that’s great.
What do you like best?
Compared to other CRM's Wise Agent beats them hands down on the price. They definitely offer a very robust program for what most CRM's would charge you in one month they offer for a whole year.
What do you dislike?
Aesthetically I felt the interface was a little clunky or box in its design. Alos, as far as I know, the mobile ability was not as robust as I would like.

I was looking for something that would combine CRM capabilities with strong transactional capabilities. Having both worlds unified in one database is a very powerful business component.
