What are the best aspects of this product?

The project section is well-structured, the tool is easy to use and it allows you to easily keep information secure through its management system. We work on projects that require NDA’s and projects are highly sensitive when it comes to sharing the information. Wiredrive offers a feature that allows us to keep the information safe and secure.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is no ability to “lock” shared presentations, for e.g. sometimes someone from our team forget to copy the reel and work off of that before they make any changes and this messes up the base reel for anyone, it would be great if they could lock a reel so we can avoid this kind of mess. In addition, the separation between Admin and Library is not as intutive as it should be. I’d like to make basic changes to videos without going to the menu, hit the admin and research the video all over again. They could make it simpler. Furthermore, there is no way to create unique link for individual video without building a presentation, for e.g. when I want to send one video I’d like to generate a link from library to share it quickly but this is not the case because I have to spend lot of time to create a presentation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to maintain the accountability within our company and to create timelines when we get cuts from different post companies. The project section is extremely helpful for this reason. When we receive the content, we download it and add it to a dated folder inside of a project and we have complete history of everything we have received.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how easy to navigate Wiredrive is. One more thing that I love about it is that it prompts all the affected parties whenever a video under their work folder has been edited.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The number of views is important to me, and so I would like to be notified whenever someone opens my video and watches it. I think another thing that the developers should focus on is the edit-all function. Right now, I’d have to edit each video individually to roll out a minor change.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been able to call in more clients because of how persuasive our new sales tactic is. Said sales tactic is to show them a video on the benefits of the products that we offer. We have Wiredrive to thank for the creation of these videos.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Wiredrive is truly one of the best video-sharing platforms available in today’s market. It boasts of a dozen features that make a lot of room for teamwork and constructive feedback. I especially like just how easy it is to solicit for comments. On the other end of the spectrum, giving feedback is just as easy too--I can even add the specific timestamp so my teammates know which specific part of the clip they can still improve on. It has a pretty convenient PnP functionality as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Wiredrive does not have many edges to its competitors.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’ve consistently found Wiredrive to be such a big help to our work process. For one, it allows us to collaborate more easily within the team, as well as get feedback from our clients. I’ve also been able to jump right ahead to the role of the admin, allowing me to grant or restrict access wherever I see fit. Sending files has never been this easy.
