Did not decide to use this company. It was my ex - employers who decided to outsource and utilise their services so absolutely no say in the matter. Received some inadequate correspondence signed by an unknown individual which was clear as a quagmire to me. When I queried it, no acknowledgement whatsoever never mind a reply and/or explanation. Chased it up after nothing for over two weeks and ... still nothing another week on. Email didn't "bounce back" to me so presumably it was received & they just can't be bothered or will come back with the "Epidemic excuse" even though most companies have found ways to cope nine months or more down the line.........

The poor service and lack of professionalism is the worst I ever experienced. I have been dealing with them since November to access my FCA pension and am suffering terrible customer service and worse a frightening lack of due diligence. They have sent me the same papers multiple times and have failed to send me the forms I need to complete after I asked for them multiple times. I have lodged a formal complaint with the company and will take up the issue with the FCA.

Like so many others I would have given Zero stars if possible. I have been trying to get a pension and transfer quote since June 2020 and am still waiting.Why companies like GSK would choose to contract their pension administration services I struggle to understand. It reflects very badly when a 3rd party performs so badly.Terrible communication: inaccurate, inconsistent, often non-existent, entirely useless call centre, no escalation process for problems. Delays at every single step makes you wonder if this is strategic retention of pension funds to increase profits?Often inexperienced staff do not fill you with confidence and unable to provide real support.It took a formal Internal complaint to GSK to get any communication back from WTW.This will have to go to the ombudsman.If you are able read the reviews and steer well clear. Sadly I was not able to.

Everytime I try to access my pension information it does not recognise my valid password. I have requested new password 5 times and no response. I am concerned now due to bad reviews on here about getting my pension.

Shockingly poor customer service. Yes they use the covid excuse, but other pensions companies can deal with it so why can't WTW?
