What are the best aspects of this product?

The tool itself works well and fits right within our budget. However, what I feel is really worth commending here is their team. Be it sales or tech and customer support, they have a knowledgeable and impressive team of people working for them. Our first introduction to this program had been through a sales agent, and he had been patient in explaining every aspect of the solution. While we were setting the program up, the tech support team had been helpful as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their manual or set-up instructions need to be beefed up a little bit. Right now, the details are not very clear and we would need external support just to have everything launched. And while the support team is really competent, they're quite difficult to pin down because they're always so busy.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this program to track our business dealings--including our resources like the vehicles and drivers. Using this tool is a much more cost-efficient solution.

The software is good. What is key about this company is its software support. Although it is not the easiest thing to set up a demo with the technical support team, they really know their stuff. Even the salesperson is very knowledgeable about Wialon web platform's in and outs. Overall, very solid service with reasonable pricing.

The technical team can be hard to get a demo with. It is not the easiest to setup OBD devices on Wialon's web platform. Some OBD devices require very specific configuration and are not documented on their web pages.

Very solid support team. Even their marketing person knows ins and outs of their products.

Fleet management solution. We are using it to track our vehicle fleet with reduced costs.

the possibility to get data from wialon to do a customized additional pages or applications.

i like how the features are organized in the applications without any complications, simply its friendly user interface.

the invoicing system of yours doesnt show the activation dates of the activated modules, i need to know these infromations in each invoice specially when i add +50 extra unit, i need to know this information.

Wialon is the best tracking system you can find with a suitable price based on my 5 years expeirence in tracking systems field, dont waste time on finding others, i tried 7 companies before i decided to go with wialon.

the most problem in our business is the find a suitable application to manage all of your devices/simcards/account/invoices. you need an application in order to run your business in the right way without any problems or mistakes.

i dont know exactly what do you mean by what benefits have i realized.

Logically, this is the only tracking platform that allows me to track a wide range of hardware units.
