What do you like best?
It is a very useful and practical management tool, providing very effective and easy to understand training, thanks to the videos and support provided by the help platform in a great way, understanding the usefulness of the platform and managing it with greater utility.

It would be very useful to improve integration with other applications, thus improving its usefulness and manageability.

It is great that it allows you to provide customer service in a very effective and practical way, since it gives you the training to understand how to best support customers.

Team effort to get us onboarded and working together to resolve key issues in the first few months.

The tool itself is challenging for the less technical people to use the tool, as you need to know the css classes to show flows and steps

Trying to make the tool work for segmentation and how we get the tool working for copy editors. With some of the new features coming along, we've managed to add flows live which we were unable to do so before, such as auto hoover.
What do you like best?
Their customer service and availability is great for being across the world. Always friendly and willing to work with us to find solutions to our problems.

We were promised a lot of features that weren’t as easy to use as they made it seem when we signed up.

We needed step by step walkthroughs so that has been very helpful.

We have been using whatfix for some time and these are some of the benefits that we have achieved with this software.The main benefit that we have had with whatfix is ??that now we save a lot of time with our clients since we create content that explains what we do. We can have a number of formats available and they are updated if we make any changes to each one now, thanks to whatfix, our support tickets have been greatly reduced and our clients are being guided step by step, we also like that your customer service is always the most attentive and cordial since they are interested in you and in guiding you to solve the doubts you have

My experience has been very good in general but I would like them to have a mobile version so that I can always be aware of everything at any time and at any time

I did not like the integration table much more difficult to manage. It took me a while to manage the Integration part, but Whatfix has been very patient and helpful every step of the way
