What do you like best?
We've have had DIDs on voxbone for 13 + years. The ability to order DIDs in multiple countries and set them up quickly was unique when we started with them in 2006. The reliability and stability for the most part has been appreciated. The quality has been adequate, and the portal for the most part is reasonably easy to navigate. They were ahead of their time when they started in 2005, and they're service has lowered communication costs overall.
What do you dislike?
Beware of their MMC. We've been a customer since 2006. They're contracts / or Monthly Minimum Contract has No flexibility. Our company is scaling back, and were locked into overpaying for DIDs, or having the choice of losing our DIDs and services all together if we cancel or change the current MMC were on. We've been through all the growing pains of voxbone, outages, having to change out DIDs, quality issues, but they've made strides.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Beware of their contracts. There is no flexibility and you'll end up overpaying significantly if your project ends, lose a customer, or have a loss of revenue.

Voxbone has allowed consumers and business to communicate worldwide at a fraction of the price.

What do you like best?
The Quality of the connections and the amount of POPs.
What do you dislike?
The pricing of the products 1s much too high compared to the competition. Too much bureaucracy, Slow and difficult porting process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Beware, the contracts are problematic. They won't let you go if they can. Difficult to end. And the pricing is much too high.

What do you like best?
Interface of tool is nice and easy to use although the support is slow.
What do you dislike?
Commercially, they behave like beasts where they simply increase the normal channel pricing from 8 eur/month to 15 eur/month so by 187% with just 7 days warning period.

Do not use them at all they will benefit from the fact your prices are going up to increase them more and more.

Prices have become outrageous with time and world has moved and Voxbone hasnt realized apparently.
Also because of your automation, you should be price champions in order not to open door to competition.
