- Bad voice quality- Stuck int he middle of conversation- Conversation interrupted
We have been using Voipdito for a few months and have had many problems. Most have been resolved but it's just one thing after another. Many of the problems have not been fixed. Some basic features like voicemail transfer and call parking (using a desktop phone) are not supported.Our vendors and customers are getting upset at us for all the problems they have trying to get a hold of us. Sometimes we try to answer the phone but nothing happens.Voipdito has potential in the future but I would not recommend them now.
I used their service for a half day and they banned me.
Trying to integrate my Jabra Storm wireless headset with my MacBook Air and having major difficulties w/input - output options. I need this setup for work-related duties.
