Unable to open multiple screen to work on. Multiple reservations or customer accts at a time hard to help someone In front of you and on the phone at the same time

This software is user friendly and customer service is great
What do you dislike?
There are some features that could use some advance explanations but you can’t find content anywhere instead you have to call customer service. The are general good but sometimes that is frustrating for customers

Make sure you have numbers of your 3rd party vendors hand because visual matrix are not always able to handle questions

We get our guest into the rooms quickly and are able to communicate efficiently in house

It is up to date and most friendly system we ever used. This is totally user friendly and easy to learn.

I seriously don't think of anything to dislike this PMS. Everything works great so far!

It does give me the ability to see the competitors' rate variance tracking, promotional campaigns, guests information, onboarding & more. therefore, more revenue for the company

If you can fill in a form online you can use this program. It is very up to date with current technology and it looks appealing.
What do you dislike?
If you are on the cloud version and you have too many tabs open and one expires you get logged out of every tab.
There is also a glitch with creating a new reservation sometimes where you can't just cancel the reservation. You have to fill in data then cancel the reservation.

It is very user friendly and easy to learn.

The ease and speed of guest check in is increased, as well as integration of third party reservations.
