What do you like best?
I like how easily you can see the different stages of your recruitment process.
Managing the recruitment pipeline (your accounts) is easy
What do you dislike?
The Search engine is bad ! (consultants hardly ever can look for candidates in our own Database)
You can't go back to previous page (this is a big No-no) very inconvenient
CRM is very poor, doesn't have good functionalities to manage your new companies, clients, to do business development.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Vincere responds fast to queries but doesn't solve the issues described above.
What do you like best?
The chevrons are a great tool to have to ensure no one is getting missed, ie. candidates that have been shortlisted, contacts that have not been contacted.
What do you dislike?
Unable to click into placements for details, unable to click on figures for details. Example: I run a report to find the number of placements with a particular client, I cannot click on the number that comes up as a result to see who was placed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get your data migration plan bullet proof before you make the change. If you have data migration issues, it makes everything 100 times harder.

Able to get alot of selling prospects out of the contacts chevron area. Its great to have everyone that has never been contacted in one place, as it is a call list straight off the bat.

They have every function you need, just name it
What do you dislike?
To get those function to do what you want, you have to click and click.. a lot
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you like having all function and dont mind the hassle of 100 clicks to get the function to work and dealing with bad customer service then get this.
Or if you're quite techy and can figure out how to get the function all by yourself, so you dont need to deal with the bad customer service. then its for you.
The product it self is great, the function it has is awesome. But... 100 too many clicks with bad customer service is a turn down...
