What do you like best?
Vetter has options for almost anything I could ever think of needing to use. The program is clean and professional looking without distracting color schemes or images.
What do you dislike?
Vetter can occasionally be cumbersome for certain tasks, requiring a large number of steps to complete what you are intending to do. Some updating to the software to make there be less steps to accomplish what you need to do would be ideal.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Vetter allows all patient information to be kept electronically and eliminates the need for any paper records. This cuts down on the time it takes to find a file as well as saving on space.
What do you like best?
Easy to use and pick up quickly, uses a cloud system to can log in anywhere with internet
What do you dislike?
Inventory management, invoicing, too many clicks from page to page, how to input orders for inventory, not easy to pull up over due patients, the transition didn’t go great for vaccines and annuals
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure it matches other things your already using, antech, the ordering system, if it doesn’t it’s a pain in the butt

Not having proper inventory reports at the tip of my fingers, inventory not user friendly to add, invoicing has a lot of steps, referrals from clients go under the clients file as a relationship.
Can use anywhere with internet, easy to use, has a good reporting system for financials and clients
What do you like best?
That everything transferred over from our old software. Like that we can fix prices on our own. Also tech support is very helpful.
What do you dislike?
How slow it can be at times. Also wish there was more features. Wish they didn’t take the check out option. Wish there was a way to just message the doctor instead of putting a task to know the invoice is ready

Paperless for our business and computer is the way to go
What do you like best?
Vetter is very easy to use, very user-friendly. It makes our jobs much easier, as we're able to review and complete medical records from home - therefore reducing time spent in the office.
What do you dislike?
It clearly was not created by a veterinary professional. There are certain features that are missing - like a schedule that auto-refreshes, or the ability to see the pet's weight on every page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask for access to the trial software. Use it for an hour or two. You'll find that it is so simple and easy to learn!

It’s extremely user friendly. Even with training those who aren’t tech savvy, or new to the veterinary field.
What do you dislike?
I’d like Calendars for scheduling, to be more customizable. Seeing hours where we aren’t even open is annoying

I like how easy to navigate charts and invoices are. Especially for multiple pets and years of visits. Emailing charts and notes is a breeze!
