What are the best aspects of this product?

This program does the job! It keeps me worry-free about taxes because I know it takes care of it and ensures that we're tax compliant! It does everything for you so you no longer have to stress yourself out thinking about taxes. It saves us a lot of time. Their customer support is also super helpful!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Quite unaffordable for businesses on a budget.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The app does a lot! It's really helpful to us especially on tax calculation and reporting. It also allows us to view transaction details. It also helps us in managing tax-exempt customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some issues on the software's compatibility with other apps. We've experienced difficulties in integrating it with other software, and got no luck with their customer/technical support as well. It also took us a while before we're able to reconcile returns with the data in our general ledger. I hope there's an easier way to do this.

The software helped us in managing taxes. Financial reporting can be done in a breeze.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is cost-effective because it improves a lot of aspects in our work. It automatically adjusts whenever there are changes with tax laws of various states. They also have A+ customer support. I stopped worrying about audit because of Vertex.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Check accuracies and issues can take time. There is also no option to manually post tax exempt sales. I've also experienced some troubles in downloading information.

The app has helped us to be more compliant to the tax laws of every State. It makes my team's job easier because we no longer have to manually prepare the returns. It also saves us lots of money because we no longer have to hire additional people to figure out taxes for us.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the tax calculation feature of this program! The price is fixed and budget-friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don't like is the pricing for the returns filing. It's a bit pricey given than it charge per transaction instead of a fixed price like the tax calculation.

This program helps us in many ways. It considers the State policies in calculating taxes. It's also helpful in sorting out tax-exempt customers and in generating returns.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the user-interface! It doesn't overwhelm new users and other users who aren't familiar with tax processing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've had some issues with importing adjustments where I have to upload it twice because it wasn't properly working.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Its integration with Netsuite has helped us a lot, viewing and updating exemptions can now be done easily.
