Dashboards provide access to relevant data and can be customized easily.

What do you like best?
We like the whole system. Ability to set a theme. Transparent project statistics. Fast work and data export. Storage available to us for three months.
Option to turn on assistance to the operator during a real call. Real-time eavesdropping.
Fast communication with VCC. Payments, support team.
We are satisfied with the price, although the price reduction would certainly be happy :)
What do you dislike?
It is not possible to see the real state of registered operators via mobile phone. We dont have opportunity use turn some features on or off in this style.
The chat section is very simple, unworked. We do not use this option at all. We recommend that you improve chat and add functionality to that section. Cannot leave a message to an offline operator. Chat history is very confusing and inefficient search is a dot in the whole failed chat.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We definitely recommend VCC to all customers like us. We have been working with VCC for over 7 years and we are very satisfied. Transparency and efficiency of the system is very important for us. If you require a simple program to organize and manage your call center, then VCC is definitely a good choice.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
There were minor problems with VCC blocking due to non-credit. We have not been notified in advance that the credit needs to be recharged otherwise our access will be blocked. However, everything was resolved after the subsequent contact of VCC support.
What do you like best?
The real monitoring view is very useful to check on all the agent at the same time. The option to customize the agent interface is cool and easy to use. The statistics are also fundamental in contact center environment and VCC offers a great variety of them.
What do you dislike?
In the HQ version there is no call functionality to test the phone numbers and sometimes it is important to do it if there faulty numbers or tests to be done. The call status in CDR should be shown as well. There should be an internal troubleshooting utility to understand the reason why certain problems happen.

Project management of multiple projects at the same time is much easier with VCC Live than with other software. The interface is easy enough to use and the tools can be opened at the same time for multiple

Power dialar, quick setup, fast, easy to handle
