Great tool within itself, our export options didn't fit what we wanted to present to our clients. PDFs worked fine but ultimately we would restyle and change to fit our own brand. Fine if you keep info within the tool though.
What do you like best?
I enjoy the persona and customer journey mapping sections of UXPressia. I feel that these sections really get you thinking about how your website can improve in meeting the needs of your target audience.
What do you dislike?
I feel that UXPressia could be made better if it had a section of creating site maps in the site. I had to outsource and find a decent site map maker, which took some extra time.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have used UXPressia to overcome potential obstacles with the experience of my site's users. I have had greater awareness of the emotions that my site's users may experience when they visit my site, which in turn helps me to improve my site.
I really enjoy using UXPressia. The tool is robust and complete - perfect for a structured CJM. I wish the collaboration and real time updates would happen with no lag and we could see the people active in the board as they wonder across the fields .
I do believe you have one of the best tools for creating digital customer experience maps. However lately I see how important it is to have some flexibility. Miro, for example is giving much more options for communication, inserting photos, charts, new ideas or even creating storyboards.
Is a powerful tool o help me in my work, but i need a better way to display images, logos and icons shows too big, example: if i want to have a list about top 10 apps in user persona, this icons shows bigs and little messy.
