If you need help while taking a test - you will waste time to be told to send an email. After a lot of time so I do not believe it's a robot. Oh the emails. You get an automated response with some FAQs - so they assume you are an idiot and wasted time emailing versus well reading the FAQs on their site first. You may, emphasis on may, get a subsequent response from maybe someone who at least sort of pretends to care.If their own app leads you to the wrong site (most are beta so it's not like you can google them and it seems like the site they take you to should be correct right? Well maybe not but refer to my above review on how helpful help is). I think how they get money is because most people don't save the videos they upload - id recommend this. And with plenty of 30 minute + tests that may deny payment (which unless specified is $10 for 15-20 minutes) and that require at the very bare minimum 10 minutes to upload even when connected to very high speed interest and plus the initial screeners, yeah you're looking at maybe an hour and a dead mobile device because what on earth are they doing that it takes so long? So an hour for a payment that could be rejected. That's called fraud I believe. Using someone's app, opening the test site from that app, taking a test that in no conceivable ultra high speed internet world could ever take only 20 minutes. Oh and do not confirm they are NOT providing your data for use by the customer. Shady behavior. There are other similar sites out there that act differently so try these guys out but move away the first time something goes wrong

It used to be decent. I had plenty of tests coming my way as a tester for this site. My rating has always being Great. Since about 3 months ago. They stop sending tests. Now they only send me invites with surveys to see if I qualify for future tests that never come. Clearly they get all they info they need through the surveys and pay you nothing in return. Deleting my account.

It is as simple as that - the time you will spend on initial profile set up, application installation, paid reviews (u will be lucky to get more then one for the first month), video uploads, permanent screening tests (which you won't get paid for) - will effectively make you work for pennies, so don't waste your time on it

Really REALLY bad site, So I made a tryout video were I followed their instructions very carefully. The first one I made failed because I got an email back that said that I should retry so I did. I really tried my best with the second one, but in 5 MINUTES they just rejected it, I don't think they really look at your tryout video they just reject without any investigation

Constantly turn your work down, whilst giving you no constructive feedback."There was a problem with your audio"Oh, well that's just great, was it too loud? too quiet? too scratchy? Was there feedback from my mic? I mean, could you at least be a little more specific instead of just hitting the "send him this response" button? I mean, it literally takes a few seconds to type what you believe is wrong, but the moderators are just lazy and turn your work down.
