answered short surveys only to be disqualified for the real surveys that pay. they got my answers for free and wasted my time.

This company is a joke!I have completed a few tests with userlytics and on all occasions i have had bad experiences. Firstly, the app doesn't work properly and after completing the same test twice, spending 40 mins on each test it decides to not upload and submit the task video. I emailed the customer service and never received a response from them. This then happened again. Frustrating to say the least! I thought i would give the company the benefit of the doubt and try a third time, only to spend 30 mins on a test and have this rejected by the admin saying 'tasks not completed in full', which is definitely not the case considering it took 30 mins of my time. I have completed hundreds of tests on other platforms such as usertesting and never had a test rejected. Not a very professional company and quite frankly a waste of time. Much better testing wesbites out there who will treat their users with respect. Avoid.In response to Userlytics reply....I feel as though your response is a little untrue - I have had problems with every test undertaken, therefore I wouldn’t exactly call that a ‘fluke’. There is clearly issues with the app hence the bad app reviews from other users. My recent test was rejected after spending 30 minutes on it without a valid explanation. Userlytics need to spend more resources on fixing the app issues and judging users tests fairly instead of trying to defend themselves and shaming testers on trust pilot.

Apparently, so bad. There many issue that need to be solve.

Don't waste your time. Check this site everyday and have notifications set up and still havent seen a single survey.

They didn't pay me.
