What do you like best?
That really cool that you can add onboarding guide and put hotspots to any block.
What do you dislike?
Price is too high for saas products like this.
Doesn't support mobile version of web app, when 80% customers using mobile phone.
that's why i will not use this app. Sorry guys.

Easy interactive tutorials and helping to my customers.

The application is intuitive and the possibilities are numerous. I can create and deploy an automated support to our potential users.

Dynamic targeting are missing and it could be very interresting for us.

We are only at the beginning of the use of the product, we cannot yet really answer this question.

the idea is great, we came across some limitations according to our needs, but it gave us a lot of inspiration.
What do you dislike?
Lack of easy way to reset a checklist, which would be extremely helpful during development. Also no possibility to control order of guides auto-triggered on the same page. For that reason we might decide not to use UG.

It didn't solve our problem.

The fact that it's easy to use and develop.

I am not sure how we can manage different environments in order not to consume the 2000 users' calls before it goes live.
