What do you like best?
I like the fact that I can have locations and sub-locations for assigning work orders.
What do you dislike?
Where do I start. I can't change work order repeating days. The work orders that do have repeating days, do not show up on the dates they are due. I have to buy the business plan in order to use a calendar day view. There are numerous bugs and glitches with the program and has been more inconvenient than helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider another software. Upkeep seems to have a lot of issues.

It has not helped in any way.
Have request Custumer services and tech support to fix iOS Issue and never get fix
What do you like best?
Great for starting inventory program and keeping track of where your fleet is.
What do you dislike?
To many changes that may be good to some but not to everyone. I wish they had the ability to change some features or add requests but when asked to do something I am told that it will be brought up to the team and then I don't hear about it again.

Use the trial to its fullest to make sure it is right for you

Lost or unused inventory was a problem before my team started using Upkeep, we have saved lots of time and money after getting a proper system set up

Creating work orders is easy using either an Ap or the software
What do you dislike?
Work orders should have a box to check when unassigned that allows administrators to calendar reminders. This feature would allow low priority requests to be revisited if they get too old.

Good product for simple organizations. Lacks some features for more complex operations.

Paperless work orders are easy for staff to keep track of.

As for the reminders, you will have the ability to set calendar reminders on the mobile app at the bottom of the work order. Unfortunately, we have not released this on the web application yet, but will make sure to let my engineering team know that it is something that's been requested!
