Seemed to build good landing pages. Looks good when I login. Seems to be automated. This would work better if they had strong service to back their automation and didn't have their site create critical errors.

Their features caused a complete shutdown in my wordpress webpage for my business. As someone who doesn't market all the time, taking a day or two out of my small business to fix a problem that should not exist in the first place is critical error in the product.

Further, by changing their structure, old templates do not load up properly making it difficult for non-professional marketers to use their platform.

Try a different platform. Clickfunnels has a better user experience.

I realized no benefits. I was using them to build landing pages.

If there had a award for worst customer support, I would have give it to Unbounce. Thanks to their amazing support and dedication to their customer.

Pathetic, if you have any issues with your page, you have to wait min 3-4 days for their reply on email. They don't have a proper live chat service.

When we approach for their help they give you shity excuse that they work from Monday - Friday so they cant give you support on other days.

We been pouring our hard earned money for their product and what they give you in return is shity excuse.

We have to jeopardize our campaign for the sake of their support.

I will never recommend Unbounce to those who want to run a continuous campaign, if something goes wrong they wont be helping you. Rather you have to wait for 3-4 days for their reply.

Don't use Unbounce.

None of the promises were ever realized. Their service is difficult to use and they won't go away when you tell them it's over

Setting up a landing page is pretty much straightforward work. Dashboard is relatively simple to access and understand.

THEY ARE ALL ABOUT KEEPING YOUR MONEY. Unlike my company of 36 years, you learn to roll with customer issues and solve them even when it is not in your best interest. I signed up for an annual membership not realizing I should have signed up for a monthly because I was new to using Landing Pages and Hosting them. I realized just a couple months later that it was not the best set-up for my company. Even though I offered to pay them what a typical monthly fee was if there was a higher cost, they refused to give me a refund. I have seen this with new businesses when they are too concerned with keeping your money when the best course of action is take care of the customer. After all, they are not incurring any costs from me going forward since I am not even hosting on their site. Anyhow, beware of these types of practices, find a company that is flexible and highly concerned with ethics and taking care of you.

Simply looking for a good system that would help me with marketing landing pages. Works well for what I needed just wouldn't recommend this company.

There was not much i particular liked about Unbounce. However some of its features interms of integrations was good.

The whole UI of Unbounce just over complicated the creation of Unbounce. I particularly dislike the fact that you would need to change the design of the landing page for mobile. But when amended for mobile, the desktop view would change too. Meaning it's just not responsive at all.

Be wary of investing in another piece of software. Unbounce is supposed to be a quick way to create landing pages but insure that you still have the relevant processes involved for the build of landing pages

We were trying to create an efficiency and speed up our production of landing pages without the need to a developer. We were able to create landing pages successfully but it was still a long time. Due to costs and the lack of benefits we no longer use Unbounce.
