I am able to be more efficient and attend to customers in a timely manner. It ensures you know when new customers are there so you can reach them in good time to help

That you can easily change your status on ujet and it is the mosr wonderful tool for customer service that can exist right now at the market

That sometimes there is some issues to log in.

I fully recommend ujet for other users because it is very easy to use and every company shoul be using ujet.

I can go right away to give an excellent customer service.

UJET is very straight forward and easy to understand. UJET Also automatically makes Zendesk Tickets!

UJET doesn't work well when it's open inside of Zendesk

I am able to see live AHT and CSAT. It helps me stay on track through out my shift.

UJET is user friendly and is easy to access the aux.

I never felt like that till now. I am good as of now.

What do you like best?
The softphone services are smooth and easy to use. I have used other types of sofphones but none have come close to how easy it is to use Ujet. In additon to having a soft phone it also offers the option to use the chat assitance, which is a great plus and not many platforms offer this feature. It really helps with the daily basics, I love that it lets users and customers share photos, videos and screenshots in real-time, which is amazing and so helpful when having to offer immediate solutions at work.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that sometimes It does give a bad signal and I am not particularly able to use this at work without a VPN, It sometimes changes my shift from available to unavailable while being at work so definitely have to be on the watch for that. Definitely recommend to use an ethernet connection so there will be no problem with wifi interferance and call dropping while using this software,due to bad connection. It does tend to go down like mentioned before if the VPN or wifi get disconnected but it is something that might happen wiht any kind of software.

I am solving customer service inquiries. I am able to chat , call or do e-mails which is a great plus, it allows me do do multiple or dedicate myself to one. It is also nice to have all the information in one place and well organized at a click of a button. Extremely user friendly, I would say.
