It's a scam! BEWARETurboTenant does not have the tenants best interest!Look at their Better Business Bureau reviews! They have not settled an disputes, and all the complaints are similar. The Tenant pays for everything that landlords are not obligated to respond, you'll be lucky if the property your interested in is available! TurboTenant wil l refer you the payer to Trans Union if your interested in knowing what your report says. That's if they obtain a report at all. I paid and heard nothing from anyone except for the email from turbo tenant that they charged me and allegedly sent the report to the landlord. $45 is steep when your paying application fees per landlord.. $45 only covers one landlord. If your interested in other properties you must pay another $45 subsequently! Turbotenant will argue that you should speak with the landlord first before paying. Who's to say they aren't the same source? Turbotenant has no accountability! Don't use this service! Youn will turn up disappointed! I'm surprised at the reviews below. Theye must all be on. Staff!!

I was looking for an apartment in Wilkes Barre PA on River Street. The woman asked questions about the tenants that will be residing there. I informed her that they would be coming from a men's half way house environment, and do have SSI & SSD income. The woman stated that they do not accept any individuals from a half way house environment. This is discrimination. Do not go through this site!!

Don't waste your time and money using this website. If something seems too good to be true then it probably is. I signed up for a FREE account. When it came time to fill out their online rental lease, I paid the $29 fee for the lease. I was stuck on the "signature" page and needed help. I tried contacting them for two days and there was no one on the other end of the "chat." I emailed them several days ago and still no reply. I paid for a lease that I was not able to complete and print. I ended up on another website where I printed my lease for FREE.

This is a scam do not give any info to them. There advertising fake rentals.

FRAUD!!! We recently started getting strange people driving up to our house and couldn't figure out why until someone rung our doorbell and we found out our house was listed on this website fraudulently for rent!!!! There's no way to contact them to get the listing removed immediately. Clearly no one is verifying the listings on their website and having random people come up to my house is incredibly dangerous to me and my family. I'll be reporting them to the local news next!!!
