Marg True Key

Purchased a 3 year subscription to Truekey on Stacksocial, but Truekey's website bugged out and wouldn't let me redeem the subscription I paid $25.99 for. Contacted their support, but they wouldn't help, and Stacksocial won't refund me either, so I wasted $25.99 for nothing.

Multiple problems with something that was working for me before.I used Lenovo Password manager (LPM) for years. One day I receive a notice that Lenovo is moving to True Key. Going through import manager I check my secure notes not to be imported (I wanted to keep them in the old soft before I see how the new one works). To my horror after the import everything in the LPM was deleted! What import software deletes the original content especially with something as important as passwords?! One would get FAIL just for this.For everyday use TK has some quirks too. But here is something that bothers me a lot. In the top right corner I see "Freemium - 22 logings left". This means after 22 more logins I will experience another horror moment when I realize I cannot get to my passwords that are in TK now. And these are only the catastrophes I see. To hell with software that replaces a smooth working product with multiple crisis.

What a load of crap. I had beem using the wonderful Password Box for years until they forced me onto True Key. It doesn't auto fill, it doesnt update new password. In short it is just crap. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. I am looking for a better alternative. I used to respect Intel as a brand but this load of rubbish has severely tarnished the brand in my eyes. I just wish I had the option of zero stars.

Truly awful piece of software. Nothing works - auto login does not work, you can't browse to add new sites and the only way of adding them is manually. It promises features which aren't available e.g. facial recognition. I bought McAfee Total Protection as I thought it included True Key Premium - it doesn't. Online support is useless and you have to log calls to get anything done.

Fails to interact with app that have security, therefore useless on device. Face matching never worked and password recovery required face match which means that my account is lost. Annoying popups recommending Truekey on sites that I chose not to use it on. Not sure how others work but this one fails to deliver.
