What do you like best?
I liked that there were exercise already filmed with descriptions. Going into online training can be a big task if you have to do all of this on your own. This was the best part.
What do you dislike?
When I was a user, there was no option for group online programming. Everything was for individual clients, which was not how I wanted to pursue online training. No flexibility in this.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The ability to increase revenue and reach with online training.
What do you like best?
The features of communication and template works are nice. It's a much better way to have all of your client contact info in one place in a convenient roster.
What do you dislike?
I wasn't crazy about the program developer. As an avid user of Excel, I like having a bit more freedom to write programs differently depending on the goal of client.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
None so far. It might be worth the investment to build out my systems into it for online training but at the price point it is offered, I am better off using the methods I am currently using.

The User Interface is Incredibly Easy to Navigate, So My Clients Are Able to Pick It Up Anytime, Anywhere.
What do you dislike?
The Exercise Videos Provided By Trainerize Are Not Great. The Demonstrations, Technique, and Even The Delivery of the Message Is Pretty Elementary.

I've Been Able To Provide Online Training to My Clients, Once I Moved to a New City. It's Been Incredible Beneficial.
What do you like best?
I like the various features like the ability to upload my own videos or videos from youtube and being able to accept payment via Trainerize.
What do you dislike?
It's not made for groups. I have to enter clients results in one at a time. I have to get out of one client's dashboard and select another to enter their weights and reps. It's a hassle, especially if you have several in a group at one time. Also, unlike the Apple iPhone, it's very slow when entering numbers on the Samsung Note 9. I have to wait several second for one number to register before entering the next number. This is very annoying and time consuming.

Trainerize allows me to sell more without having to be in the gym for hours. This has given me more freedom and time. It's another service I can offer to clients.
What do you like best?
That it even exists for clients; for them to have a personalized workout from you, the trainer. That I could view any comments of questions they had. I like the feature where you can add your own videos.
What do you dislike?
I didn't feel like I knew enough about my clients progress. They have to be as diligent as the trainer in reporting what they've accomplished; not always the case. I didn't like that I could not get the app on the phone I had at the time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize it as much as you can once you get into it. Be faithful at working on other's routines and tweaking them; It's too easy to let it go.

I used it as an accompaniment to personal training and nutrition consultations. The only benefit I saw (in my small amount of clients) is that it motivated them to stick to the program I gave them. They enjoyed being able to focus on something at the gym instead of wandering.
