The tool is highly customizable and the staff is friendly.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes their engineers do not fully understand our requirements, and that only becomes clear after they come back with a work product that does not meet our needs. This can lead to multiple iterations and therefore wasted time and effort. This could be resolved through a trained/experienced project manager.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure your have a dedicated administrator who can take the time to learn the system to make modifications w/o Trackvia support assistance.
