What do you like best?

A lot of the advertised features work really well. The virtual classroom works with minimal hiccup, and the courses are mostly easy to navigate

What do you dislike?

A lot of the dashboard features, both backend and consumer end, are not easy to navigate and have a lot of redundancy or not enough information/customizability

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Give yourself enough time to get comfortable with the platform before going live. Do a test run of what you are trying to do. Dont be afraid to contact the staff for support, theyre very helpful and receptive.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to actually gather people and have them engage with one another, like a real classroom, virtually in one place. Much better than zoom conferences while trying to navigate courses in another platform
