What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to find info of certain people once their already in the app’s database. You can look for individual or family profiles, involvement in church activities, and comments certain people make among other details.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app is great for our purpose. But it asks extra charges when I need to send text messages to everybody in an entire group or organization.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It lets us track members and visitors of a certain group, and we can email a group easily as well. It also helps in creating name tags and generating reports.

This tool is fantastic and is very convenient. Our members don’t have hassles when signing-up every meeting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app version for Mac has some problems. However, it still works great.

It makes tracking all visitors and members in our church super convenient. It works efficiently too.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I find the dashboard and homepage interface fabulous. It features smooth user profile that shows complete information and details. This is perfect for tracking attendance and retrieving info of members.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Running and generating user info reports is a bit problematic. There are many instances when it takes a long time to setup and generate reports. I hope it has some built-in report templates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has solved our management concerns for member registration, attendance and giving activities. It helps me trace and manage member info as well as cash contributions.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This app has a stellar user support team that has greatly helped us in big way. Quick respond, and are competent enough in solving different in-app concerns. The guys have helped us migrate data from our old platform to the TouchPoint database seamlessly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has a solid platform, but it has some areas that are left-out. And these are areas that some churches need for info managing, as well as these parts don’t allow enough modifications. Say, we need to think out of box when doing tweaks on a profile, especially that the tool doesn’t allow us to change profile formatting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

TouchPoint has helped in improving our donation and contribution system by making key processes easier. It helps in storing and managing contact details of our members more convenient as well, which is great in keeping in touch with the community.

Individual members and their families in our church are easy to integrate into the system since they find it useful. It has great features and controls that meet our church management needs too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its features require some bits of learning curve. Some are automated which is great, but others are more difficult. However, it has a great user support team that has helped us a lot.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The app looks great. Thing is, I’m not an admin of this platform in our church; thus, I’m not quite sure of what it has solved in our community.
