Price is the only thing that TCW has going for it. But the lack of features totally outweigh this.

NO customer support, chat is useless and the number listed only goes to voicemail. Never have received a call back. Can NOT split timesheets between days. We have overnight employees and if they clock in at 7PM on Friday, the hours worked after midnight are still considered time worked on Friday, makes payroll impossible to run without editing it. Moving away from TCW to TSheets because I simply can not trust TCW.

If you need super basic time sheets and do not have employees that work overnight, maybe this could work for you.

I was using it for our time clock solution, but am RUNNING AWAY.

It has a nice icon and the website runs smoothly, and allows you to track your time and visualize that by the graph they provide. It has a lot of features like a task tracker/management, which I do not use but would be helpful probably if I did. It just doesn't seem necessary

There is very little customization or control. It is frustrating to drain your battery by tracking your location and that you cannot edit your own timesheet. For awhile, there was a glitch that you had to leave a comment when clocking in or out and that was frustrating. It also often crashes on my phone. It also rounds to the closest 15 minutes, which can be abused or frustrating when you barely miss the cut off time and work for free for awhile.

This is a better time tracker for an employee who is in multiple locations

I used this software as employee to track my times at the office. The software is very easy to use, it allows you to see the hours that you´ve worked in an organized time card with the dates, start and end hours and the duration of your shift. For me the program is easy to understand and it is a practical software to track your hours and payment.

If you forget to reload the page after a couple hours and you do a clock in or clock out it doesn´t work so you need to remember to always reload the page in order to be able to perform any action (this is in the case that you left the page always open in your computer. Also, if it takes times for the computer to turn on, your clock-in time isn't 100% accurate.

No harm in trying it.

Automating the clock-in/clock/out process. It is a more seamless process with fewer errors.

I like that you can easily approve or deny requests as well as the layout of the payroll report and each individual's hours.

Sometimes I have problems approving punches but that seems to happen very rarely now.

Time clock Wizard is easy to navigate and does payroll reporting well with all necessary information.

Tracking time and being able to allow employees to adjust their punches if they forget to punch in. We have been able to track hours and make sure everyone is where they are supposed to be.

Your PC needs to be on and running to punch in. Ie: My employees were often punching in later than their actual time because they were waiting for system start up, or windows updates. We ended up having to go to a stand alone time clock since we were victims of bad internet connections in our office. We are at the end of the internet circuit and lost several channels. Now that the internet is fixed I would not hesitate going back to this once the stand alone time clock outlives it usefulness.

The system is pretty reliable and fairly easy to teach and use, but we don't use some of the functions because they aren't immediately easy for our staff.
