You create a site, choose a monthly payment option and pay. 2 weeks later it says you need to renew your subscription and you are locked out to make changes to your site. That is when you realise you made a bad choice. Google search console also gives a crawl anomaly error and your site is not in google search.You write support who promises to respond in 24 hours and 2 days later there is still silence and you have no solution whatsoever.Save your money, save your time, choose a different route.

I had a problem with my card and they blocked my account without any notifications. 5 my websites was blocked and don't worked during compliance procedure. They did not send me a notification before the account suspending, although nothing prevented they from doing this. Tilda is not a good choice for production websites because they can block it any time. Their support is terrible.

Worst support ever, trnsferred my websites to other account with no confirmation. Support responds once every 2 days. Would never recommend their service even for free as you can end up with thousants of dollars for SEO and then someone else gets your website for free with the SEO.

Customer support is non existent. They claim the average response time is 2h and up to 24h on weekends. Left a support request on Friday — it’s Sunday now — no reply yet. They are not replying on Facebook either. I’m on a paid tariff, too. Best to avoid and go with another website builder

Terrible support! If you want to save your time, consider another option. I've submitted a support ticket and no one replied me within more than 24 hours. Even if they reply to you and you reply back, they will no longer contact you.
