Simple, no frills interface, easy to implement and get started with a team especially if the team is new to test case inventory management

Performance issues, reporting and API sucks, unplanned downtime, don't know how to run their product on cloud; Just don't use it ever

interface, multiple places for doing the same thing etc.

Account management feels clunky, logging into the gurock site to manage subscriptions and view invoices is not ideal.

There is no limit for how many test cases you can enter; it's a useful tool to keep track of QA collateral.
What do you dislike?
The usability is far from ideal--even for full-time QA people, you can't always figure out how to get things done by just looking around. I definitely wouldn't feel comfortable letting a client have access to the tool for UAT.
Recommendations to others considering the product
The price range is reasonable--just make sure you are okay with the user interface. One of our most painful points is that you have to do too much work while creating new steps for test cases--you shouldn't need to click so much.
