What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, I chose this program because I think it gives the most value for my money. It's affordable considering that it boasts of quite an impressive list of features. It has reduced most of my manual tasks, and I continue to discover new benefits as I explore it further.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

TenantCloud is not exactly user-friendly. I've lost some of my prospects simply because this program asked way too many questions from them. User-experience is not smooth and tenants often get stuck trying to figure their way out of a page. So far I've been able to figure out a way to avoid these issues, but it would be nice if the developers would look into this further. So far, it does not provide the best user experience to my tenants.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Admittedly, I could choose to drop TenantCloud and find other more user-friendly solutions. However, it has a suite of tools that makes my work so much easier. Accounting and payment collection are just some of the things that it assists me with.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I recruited the use of this program so I can avoid the manual task of sending invoices to my clients. Admittedly, it was a little intimidating to use at first. My knowledge, when it comes to computer solutions, is just basic, and TenantCloud proved to be a challenge for me to learn. But over time, I got to learn more about the quirks of this program and I'm currently reaping the benefits.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've been getting mixed reviews and impressions with this program. Take the tech support aspect of it, for example. There are times when they would respond quickly to me. Other times, I would have to wait a few days just to get an answer from them. It would be nice to have 24/7 support. I can't always rely on the FAQ on the manual that they have provided. Not only is it incomplete, but it's also confusing too. Some of my clients have a hard time understanding this program as well. While other more tech-savvy tenants have no problem using it, some of my less knowledgeable clients feel the opposite. I guess this is just a matter of familiarizing themselves with the interface.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I haven't explored the full functionalities of this program yet. However, I've been enjoying how easy it is to send invoices even when I'm away.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is easily one of my favorite programs. It helps me take care of all things related to my business--from making sure that my clients comply with requirements to sending them billing statements.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing. This has everything I need and more.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

TenantCloud makes it easier for me to collect payment from my tenants. Everything can be done online, I don't have to do the legwork just to make sure that they pay their dues.

I've been able to enjoy a slew of benefits such as a more organized business structure, better client management, and data centralization.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think it's high-time for TenantCloud to introduce more sophisticated bookkeeping support to its users.

My business runs more smoothly and efficiently.
