WRITE A REVIEWThis is a Monkey business, they do not notify you when your account needs topping up, but they delete all your direct dial numbers you purchased from them. I have a number of 2FA setup on my numbers, and now I can not access them because this Monkey business never bothered to notify me. They claim to have 24x7 support available, but no one every response. The call quality of the service they promise is extremely poor on top of it all.Stay clear of this business if you are looking for a professional company because this is not a professional company.I would love to leave a screenshot of my account, but unfortunately I can't on here.Think twice if you are looking to use their service for your professional business.If you want a better SIP provider use SignalWire their DID's cost is very cheap like under $1.
I made a recharge (the first and only one), and bought a number. Minutes later my account was suspended for "violating" their terms and conditions and "ABUSING" their "one time password system". When it is totally false. I only received 2-3 SMS, that's not "abuse" for all!!. Now they want to keep my money. EDIT: They only returned $1.87. They kept the rest. It's literally like download a game and being banned out before playing it, and not wanting to give you your money back. Be careful!!!
They are quite tricky with pricing, and you can get much better value out there. We also had major issues with downtime at some points, was quite a nightmare. I hope they re-address things.
I went with Telnyx because they're marginally cheaper than twilio, but I regret that decision.- They basically harassed me for a while, including 2am phone calls even after I asked them to stop phoning me. I assume the 2am call was because they don't understand timezones.- The web portal is mostly fine, but basic things like seeing a list of recent calls need you to download a report.- The documentation is poor. It's hard to fine things and even then it's incomplete.- I've had to contact support for basic things like payment receipts.- I have a SIM card which basically doesn't work. Support have sent me links to the documentation which says useless things such as "leave settings unchanged" (maybe document what the settings should be?!) but have since stopped replying to me.
What do you like best?
Your technical support is second to none. Highly responsive with extremely qualified experts - couldn't ask for more.
What do you dislike?
Our core business is over-the-phone interpreting. With concurrent calls every second and thousands of calls each day, Telnyx is mission-critical to our survival as a business. We cannot afford to be down, ever. Since switching to you, we have had several major issues creating serious service disruptions for our clients - some due to changes made on the Telnyx side without our knowledge initially. At times I question whether the reliability of your service is sufficient for a business like ours.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Cost savings on calls, reduce internal infrastructure requirements, and eventually with web hooks, significantly expand the functionality of our call management system.
