What are the best aspects of this product?
Everything I need to effectively manage our sales team is already at my fingertips. It got a powerful reporting system that gives me a deep insight into our current sales, learns and assess our weaknesses, and build strategies accordingly. Its calendar feature is also very helpful. It made it easier to set up a meeting with the sales team or with the management. Lastly, the system is fast and user-friendly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The platform cannot be completely customized according to our requirements. Also, we encounter frequent system errors. I already reached out to their technical support team and raised the concern. They promised to look into it and fix them as fast as possible.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I am able to get detailed reports of the sales team performance, assess the functions, and easily determine which function does not work and needs to be removed. With reliable data at hand, I'm able to make informed decisions. Overall, the system is playing a significant role in business growth.

This platform is revolutionizing the way I work in my company. I love that it allows me to have all the important and necessary data on one screen without having the difficulty of doing an external search for information. It has a wide variety of tools that facilitate the use of all the information given by all the software that in a few words is a tool that simplifies the work and helps to have everything organized on a single platform
What do you dislike?
One of the errors of this software that displeases me is that from time to time with small updates that this software makes small problems arise in the display interface that are quite noticeable of course it should be noted that these problems do not last long but if they are very followed and much more after any update they make in the software

This is the best softare I've tried so far I recommend it and it's very cheap

Previously my company worked with other software that apart from being very expensive did not meet the expectations we had nor had many tools like the teamgate software has since we discovered and implemented this teamgate software really all the work has been simplified in a colossal way making big changes in our industry

I really like Teamgate because it has a fast, friendly and comprehensible management system, where you have everything at hand from your main screen, it also allows me to see all the management of the sales team in real time. Also, it allows me to use the calendar in order to be able to establish important meetings with the management or with a member of my sales team.
Thanks to its reporting system I can see and fully evaluate the reasons for the returns on sale, have a broad view of all the businesses and processes that my company performs based on these reports I can establish a comprehensive action plan.
