Extremely POOR Support. If you come across some tech problem, Support will take its own time to solve it. Contact Numbers Given for Support will either be NO REPLY, or ENGAGED, Or Invalied. This I'm stating after trying 9836490007, 98308/69690, 9830094760, 9830056981, 8282855208, and many more numbers on 17/01/2023 between 10.30 & 11.30 A.M. It means, Either Your time is not precious for Company, OR COMPANY IS Trying to Push you to buy a CLOUD Services of company for the same Tax filing.
