Super intuitive, and fast, nice also to have templates.
What do you dislike?
A few bugs prevent it from working fully well on browsers other than chrome.
The price is also too high I think for this kind of product. Maybe more price slices would help smaller businesses get access to it.

Was using it for an initial market study, to quickly and conveniently provide my users a way to answer a few questions and register for a service. Then I was able to collect the data.

- a lot of ready templates to kickstart your bot creation.
- I think they are the pioneer who created PPC chatbot
- a simple platform with huge flexibility & potential
- various types of learning options including knowledge base, video tutorials & community support forum.

- a bit technical to integrate with other services
- the UI need improvement

I wish HelloTars got attribution features like Chatfuel to make the bot more flexible.

1. Not having auto align gambit placement (I'm a little bit of OCD)
2. Don't have Pop-Up features gambit descriptions when hovering the mouse cursor
