What do you like best?
The best thing about Talkable is customer acquisition and new sales. When I was using the tool they were one of largest sources for acquiring new customers. They also had great client services and were quick to make any changes to the program that we asked.
What do you dislike?
I have no majors dislikes for the tool at all other than price, but that may have changed since I used them over 2 years ago.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My only recommendations would just to do a price comparison between other referral tools in the market. A lot of them accomplish the sames things, so price would be my major decision maker in choosing a new referral tool.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Talkable allowed us to tie customer referrals to new sales which is key to the success of the program. We could see when a customer referred a new person to make a purchase which allowed us to give a customer reward credit. And the fraud protection Talkable provided prevented customers from referring themselves.
What do you like best?
Being skeptic about referral programs, we weren't expecting rapid revenue growth (from what we heard). To my surprise, Talkable's program brings us a huge amount of new clients with LTV sometimes higher than other clients. Despite a long process of setting up the campaign, it worth an investment of time and money.
What do you dislike?
It took almost 5 months to negotiate details and set up a program. Would be great to have an option to choose between ready-made programs, if this is possible.

Ask them for examples of referral programs - it helped me a lot

What do you like best?
After four months of using the program, we got visible results. Our existing customers were actively sharing the offer with their friends. That gave us not only great traffic but also a sales increase.

Its' hard to say, cause everything is perfectly fine till now.

What do you like best?
Talkable program exceeded my expectations in terms of sales volume and traffic quality. Our account managers take care of optimization and offer lots of test and ideas during calls. One of the best provider on the market.
What do you dislike?
We are still working on reporting that will suit our need, otherwise, it's all good.

increase the amount of subscriptions and turn word of mouth into marketing channel
What do you like best?
Hands off management of our referral program, which consistently brings in high quality new customers every month. All in all, a very high ROI on both dollars and time spent.
What do you dislike?
Since Talkable's current scope is limited to just referral software, the costs of added programs like loyalty, etc. can add up, and the impact becomes more and more vague as you bring on more and more partners. But it sounds like Talkable could be addressing this issue in the near future.

We're bringing in high quality new customers for a very low CPA every month, without doing really any additional work internally.
