What do you like best?
The customization feature that allows for applications through the ATS system to be so detailed.
What do you dislike?
There is very little in-depth data management or visualization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Adopto is a fantastic tool if you have the preferred candidate already in mind: keywords, previous employments, and demographic data on hand. However, the software does not provide this information after it is implemented in a meaningful way so that you can improve searces.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Filling our workforce needs with competent, qualified individuals that will stay with the company long term.

What do you like best?
Idea is great. You keep all your applicants in one database. It's easy to search based on skills or other key words.
What do you dislike?
There are still some features missing like fully integrating with email client, but I can see that there are new features coming out regularly.

Still have some features to develop, but heading in right direction.

With ease of use and database to attract the best applicants in order to solve the lack of personnel, in a fast process TalentLyft gives you the support in the election and interview of the applicants, with several tools in which The process is done in several parts. The marketing solution is attractive for recruitment.

It might be that you need some new features, but the TalentLyft team is constantly updating so that users can enjoy better software.

The intuitive tools, nice interface and my experience in human resources for the election in the candidates for each vacancy that is available is very easy and without tedious tasks that are boring, the best for both future employee and employer parts.

The ATS is well designed, well-engineered and works perfectly for every aspect of the business requirements and the team is excellent. On top of those, it is cost-effective! So, if you need ATS, I suggest you get TalentLyft

The most I like about this software is easyness of its usage, its form and price. Its very affordable.

It took me some time to get used to it, but when you get used to it, it is very simple to us. I had to write and show all members how to use it.
