je me sers de systeme io pour que mes clients demande le catalogue.ils s'inscrivent et ça leur envoi mon catalogue.Je fais une vidéo sur YouTube et je me dis je vais faire un mail a tous.... Et là mon mail ne part pas ça me dit un truc bizarre de ratio ou autres, ça fait 2 ans que je paye et le jour que je veux faire un mail il me bloque.le problème avec les avis de systeme io c'est que les mecs qui font des sites sont payé par systeme io du coup tous les avis sont corrompu.Leur groupe facebook pareil tu poses une question et si ça question est embarrassante il ne la valide pas , tu vois le truc super démocratique.

Must have had some bad luck with this company, compared to all the super reviews. I never got started with this software. had a couple of issuesA short time after signing up to a paid plan I received an incorrect email stating if the setting on the account were not changed in 48 hours, I would be upgraded and charged a higher tier. (sent from a noreply email address and no contact details on the email). Tried a few times to set up domain verification but the incorrect advice from customer service meant a couple of days going back and forth on email, with no resolution. Eventually they offered to log into my registrar and do it for me. Ive done this process many times and its easy I just don't have faith in their service anymore.You can only talk to Systeme.io through e-mail, which can be quick or take hours to receive a reply. When the information you receive is incorrect the whole situation is a huge waste of time.Asked for a refund, am told it's not possible. 2 days ago asked to speak to a manager and am being ignored.UpdateIve moved to another software provider and took 5 minutes to verify my domain all done and up and running. Happy days! Finally got a reply from a customer service manager. Essentially Systeme.io do not take ownership of their mistakes and do not do refunds.Looks like great software but customer service needs to be skilled, timely and pragmatic as possible to get clients up and running. Good luck if you have an issue.
