They should be called " SLOWEST Filings" or " Once We Got Your Money, Too Busy to ACTUALLY Respond" Filings! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They NEVER NEVER NEVER answer the phone, NEVER call back.I paid EXPRESS filing on Jul8 over 3 weeks ago. STILL received NOTHING!!!These people must be a one lady operation and she is too busy to call back. WORST ever!! Go ANYWHERE but here!!!!!!Their REPLY below is a lie. NO ONE ever called me on July 30. NO ONE has EVER talked to me except July 18. My MAIN COMPLAINT is we PAID for Fedex and 25 days LATER we DO NOT have! These people JUST sent me a Fedex receipt YESTERDAY that it was NOT EVEN SENT until AFTER this review, on Aug.2, then they addressed it to wrong person.I am re-editing/ updating this on Aug. 3 STILL, she has time to respond to bad reviews but NOT to simply CALL and FIX the problem and DO HER JOB!!My suggestion is DO NOT PAY these people for ANY EXPEDITIOUS or FAST reply or delivery, or like me, you will spend 30 days waiting for the same slow service you would have gotten had you not paid it.Use ANYONE but these seemingly inefficient, incompetent call-dodging, responsibility ducking group of " customer service" recordings but absolutely NO customer service. It has been 3 weeks and we still have never recieved the corporate book, docs nor certificates we paid for!UNBELIEVABLE!

Lost my health and had to close my "company" before it even got off the ground. I had signed up for Swyft Filings agent subscription where they charge you every 3 months. After the first charge and having the company stood up, I informed them I was closing and they were not authorized to charge my card anymore. The chuckleheads I talked to kept telling me that it was a subscription and I had to contact the state to stop the business. I told them I understood that but that doesn't mean they are authorized to charge my card in 3 months. In 6 emails they IGNORED my demand that they didn't charge my card again. THe last time they said the same stuff and they told me I had to keep paying my subscription or contact the state and then they would give me a refund or not. I told them I wasn't interested in a refund they are JUST NOT AUTHORIZED TO charge my card. Again, they ignored it. I was forced to cancel my card. Boneheads. Bad customer service (unless you're a happy customer...other than that, they don't do anything to fix your case).

I am very disappointed with Swyftfilings. They never disclose the whole process of DBA Filing. They won't allow you to cancel your order without charging you more. I paid a 100 bucks but they will charge you $50 bucks if you cancel the order. I am now filing a complaint against this company with my bank and with Visa.

there were 2 options 99 dollar without EIN and 199 dollar EIN obteined its very clear in your page i not showed you need security number in your website and i have sent you all documents showed im foreigner from the start of operation you know foreigner cant have security number .

See the reply from their customer service that they were going to call me back Friday below, 3 Days later, still no contact. Will be calling my credit card company to start the dispute. This company is a joke in my opinion, use legal zoom, I should have.
