What do you like best?
Connections with other attendees. Good agenda mechanism.

The way we can digitalize an experience and make it easier to network for the people who attend the event.
What do you dislike?
The platform was not fully updated for a career fair event, lacking a bit of functionalities that would have been amazing such as uploading a document like a resume or portfolio.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It is not always simple to take the decision to come to a career fair, it is a long day, and some people are not comfortable networking so Swapcard makes it easier and more enjoyable.

Thanks for your feedback, it really matters to us to know what you think about the platform so that we can improve it! Speaking about improvements, we're actually working on the feature you are talking about. Uploading a document to a profile should be possible next year!
What do you like best?
Swapcard has pretty much all the features an event organiser is looking for, from an Agenda Manager, to a great interface and Email manager which fosters adoption.
What do you dislike?
In our last events, we have found a series of bugs that harmed our customers and clients' experience. Also, the customer support, if not dedicated, is quite slow/uneffective.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have quite a complex and multi-sided agenda, so Swapcard allows our attendees to take full control of their visit while giving our partners an additional way to take value out of the event.
What do you like best?
- Available as both webapp and native app
- Quick, smart integration (admin)
- Detailed API documentation
- Easy login (Magic link, event code…)
What do you dislike?
- Rich text editor limitations
- No solution to add a rich text section in the menu (to list practical information, for example)
- Some issues using third party services and SSO
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
- With Swapcard, participants are allowed to register to sessions prior to the event, and the team can track registered participants
- With Swapcard, participants can built their own agenda where they can find the sessions they want to attend to, the sessions with limited availability that they registered to, and the other activities they registered to (Braindates)
What do you like best?
It was great to be able to communicate directly with attendees through the email chain. We also really appreciated the ready-made graphics that we could use to promote use of the app.
What do you dislike?
This was really more of an issue coming from our side, but our system did not "know" when the same person was speaking in two sessions. We therefore had many doubles in the list of speakers and attendees. It would have been great for the system to notice and offer a consolidation of the two profiles.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Most importantly, we were able to facilitate networking at the event. It was great for us to be able to help participants meet up, and keep track of how many times this happened.
