What do you like best?

The quick and ease of responses from a huge panel of consumers. You can ask them anything from concept images to product liking. New question features such as grids are a big plus and extremely useful.

What do you dislike?

They are not global so that sometimes impacts the sources we can use.

If you are looking for a tool that can access a large amount of consumers in a short time period this is definitely a good option to pursue.

Being able to reach a large consumer base without conducting any external testing per say.

Suzy is incredibly easy to use. Launching questions and targeting is simple. The support team on our account is wonderful. They're super responsive and happy to help with anything we need.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that there are significantly more females on the platform than males and that the max responses for a 50/50 split is 500.

Go through a demo with the team- they're very helpful and will launch your own questions for you to show you how to use the platform.

We're getting quick questions about our consumers answered without having to do long, expensive studies through research agencies. There's a huge benefit in time and efficiency not having to go through an agency and being able to connect to consumers immediately. We are able to re test things we haven't for years and make sure our assumptions and knowled is up to date.

What do you like best?

Suzy provided us with a level of insight that we didn't have previously. By using Suzy we are able to validate our assumptions and hear first hand from our consumers. The platform is extremely intuitive and easy to use. For general questions we will get hundreds of responses in a matter of minutes. Even with more targeted questions we can reach thousands in a few days. I've also been extremely impressed with the quality of responses. I can tell that the respondents thought through their answers and didn't click randomly!

What do you dislike?

Not a lot! I think being able to access different types of questions (ie rank, scale, grid) would be helpful. Also a way to easily cross reference the answers from two separate questions. It would also be great to have more open ended questions, although the multiple choice have been extremely helpful

Attend one of their webinars! That's really what sold me on the platform

Initially we were a little frozen and it took us a while to launch questions because we didn't want to "waste" them. At the end of the day, we had to just get over that initial hurdle. I recently asked simple path to purchase and purchase intent questions which really resonated with our retail buyer! He asked for more information!

Speed of results and the ability to get any/all questions answered. No other service provides this level of flexibility and ease of use.
