What are the best aspects of this product?

Being able to use multiple chanels in gathering answers and varying questions. It offers limitless survey numbers and reports in real-time. It collects and makes an analysis of responses for a wide range of projects. All these are being done in a single place.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The functionality it provides are all thumbs up in my book. There's nothing it lacks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Mysurveylab lets me acquire user opinions on deployed or planned changes within the system. It does this in a simple and affordable manner. It's an awesome tool if you're in need of gathering opinion from individuals within the analytical processes. It's really great!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that MySurveyLab enables us to create advanced survey questions using its tools, and it allows us to customize surveys so they can complement with our niche. Its interface is intuitive and the app comes with useful survey templates, analysis reports, nice-looking themes, and more. And whenever I encounter issues along the way, the help desk is ready to help me. I am truly satisfied with MySurveyLab.

MySurveyLab is an additional asset to my business, and there’s nothing I don’t like about it.

With MySurveyLab, we can effectively and efficiently send survey forms to customers. But the help it offers doesn’t just end there. Our customers can quickly fill out the forms and answer the surveys without any problem.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I can create surveys easily with MySurveyLab, and they offer user panels, which I need for my current projects. It also comes with excellent reporting and a helpful help desk that is ready to answer all my concerns and questions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that I cannot pay for sampling services using cards. It could have been better if my subscription can be paid via cards.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our organization has a bold theory that we want to confirm or refuse. We cannot make a final decision without interviewing with a user panel first. We can now do some interview easily and confirm the theory and proceed with the project. This solution keeps everything easier, simpler, and safer for us.
