What do you like best?
Ability to monitor in one service uptime, scan for viruses, SSL certificates, and domain expiration dates.
For some apps, ping does not really show the state of an application, so it is very useful to have tracking of RAM / CPU / disk space for our servers in the same service.
What do you dislike?
Not enough testing locations (for example only 4 Asian countries represented, which is not enough)

I think StatusCake will fit very well business who has not only 1 website but many different applications running under it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Make sure every application functions correctly. Ability to minimize downtimes of all applications is very important as less traffic, leads and sales lost on downtime.
What do you like best?
Easy to configure monitoring and reliable performance and notifications. Tiered pricing including a free option that allows for level customization based on needs.
What do you dislike?
Reporting can be overwhelming if filters are incorrectly applied, although that is true of any status reporting software. Many of the features that are most useful are included in the paid version.

Tracking web connection and uptime and page performance on multiple sites for the business. Free level of monitoring was sufficient for some needs and lasted for a while and the transition to upgrade was simple.

Statuscake is just a reliable product from top to bottom. Their UI is very user friendly and make everything very easy to setup and review. We've NEVER had a false positive in uptime checks. Their service works really well! Their integrations with other services makes it quick and easy to get going in an alert system. Their

The product can be a little bit slow in a couple places when you're using it. There isn't any great options to make batch changes to your uptime pickers. I also am not a big fan of their server monitoring... yet.

Statuscake helps us monitor critical websites, API services, TCP services, SSLs, and other mission critical applications for our entire system. For us it's peace of mind knowing that everything is constantly monitored. All outages are fed to our OpsGenie account that grabs an on-call engineer.
What do you like best?
Easy to use with plenty of options. You can even connect lots of third party services, as well as webhooks. They have a great free tier, as well as decent paid plans.

There's not actually anything I dislike about Statuscake. They do everything extremely well.

YOu have nothing to lose, just go for it and you'll be surprised how effective it is.

I use Statuscake to monitor our website for downtime. They have so far caught 3 instances of downtime, which our hosting company didn't. We've since used the data to get away from our hosting company and get a better hosting provider.

Statuscake is quite easy to use and it’s systems are bulletproof. We often know when our site has gone down before our hosting company tells us! Although my favourite part has to be the pushbullet integration. Mostly because they called it ‘Traffic Cake’. Notifications that your website aren’t supposed to make you smile.... but they do!
What do you dislike?
It could be a little easier to set up tests. It might also be useful to have some more ‘helper text’ for some of the more complicated options to help people understand their purpose.

We can send an email, SMS or push notification (via pushbullet) to a range of people and at different intervals to ensure that downtime is picked up on quickly and someone is available to fix it.
