What do you like best?
Standups is a great software to keep connected and communicate with our group members that are spread in different time zones. We have a small team that are distributed to different continent and it is almost impossible to get everyone available at the same time for a meeting with the different time zone problem. By using this software, all my group members can track and see the task progress by each other easily.
What do you dislike?
The only thing that i dislike about Standups is the price. It is so expensive for a small group compared to the features that its offer. Additional features like online whiteboard should be added as it can help us giving more board explanation while recording for our daily standups update.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Standups really is really great software to keep up to date with your out of time zone group members. It can help you track of each other progress.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Standups has drastically improve my group performance and keeping group members accountable, addressing impediments efficiently, and not getting bogged down in meetings that can turn in to hour long discussions about nothing.
What do you like best?
The best thing about Standups is, is that it is very user friendly. Which makes it enjoyableto use in everyday office work.
What do you dislike?
What I did not like about it was that it seemed to lag a little bit. I think that is fixable though. it has helped with the culture in the business. Its hard to find what to dislike. Will have to use it longer to maybe find more things that are to be disliked

Its worth a shot. You should try it and see how you like it before you give it a hard no. I think a lot of people will be surprised at how will they will like it. I recommend it to everyone. We will be looking to use it in as many different places as possible.

We are solving many problems with Standups. We find it very helpful even in out efficiency. With the good culture it helps people also work better. Which makes everyone more happy as well.

I dont see disadvantages in using standup unless internet connectivity problem we faced in our organisation

Very creative, repurposing a consumer paradigm for a business use case. The video aspect is super key to getting to know your team and feel that camaraderie, especially if they're globally distributed.

The idea looks fantastic but the price tag is unreasonable for small startups.

Supercharged video standups for teams. Get teams to engage better by helping them make regular video check-ins from any time zone in the world.
What do you like best?
Standups is useful for a company or a team that have a difference branches and workers from all over the world. Their biggest features help us runs asynchronous standup meetings and team surveys via text, voice & video. You can setup a custom question or quizzes or per-defined report question to keep track of your team progress. Their video catchup looks similar like a snapchat.
What do you dislike?
You need a good and fast internet connection using this software, otherwise you video will get pixelated and kind of blurry. I also hoping they will add features to sharing a file, it will make a nice additional to Standups. Other than that, nothing really bothers me with this program and I am loving it.

For anyone looking for a software to connect with remote team mates, I recommend giving standups a chance, since despite being relatively new software, they works with great quality. They have 14 days trials, go try it
