What do you like best?
The product offered has a easy to create short SMS. But not able to retain history . past creations are not stored .
What do you dislike?
History is not maintained. past SMS is not retained are available . How do I ensure all my signed up customers are willing to accept my messsage be automatically added to my mailing list

Contents like voice and sms delivery speed is really fast compare to other providers and API is very simple to integrate. Also they have some inbuilt plugin so we can save developers time. Its good provider for those who want good speed and simplicity.
What do you dislike?
New content need approval for first time but i think its regulation of TRAI for templates.

If you are looking for quality service you can go for spring edge. but i think its little costly.

We are sending information alerts to employees and clients also sending order notification sms in case of our e-commerce store. We have executed marketing campaigns using spring edge platform.

servers are always on and don't throw errors.
billing and invoice is smooth
rates always competitive
What do you dislike?
nothing much for api users. pretty smooth.
but dashboard can be made slightly more intuitive for those wanting to use the dashboard more

API is the best thing which i like most in this. Its simple to setup. And giving options to imolement on various platforms.

Template method to approve messages . Some times genuine transactional templates are also dis approved . And some time i have to call them and have to ask for approval
