SocialCaptain was so easy to set up. I went with their suggested pre-loaded settings, and it’s worked like a charm for me. This was my first time using social media automation. I saw a noticeable improvement in engagement in roughly 1.5 weeks and gained 700 followers the first week of using them. I switched over to their annual plan. I think it’ll be a worthwhile investment for my personal brand.

I’ve gotten very consistent growth over the last 4 months with SocialCaptain. My profile clicks are through the roof, and I’ve gained roughly 5k followers over the last 4 months. But I was pretty inconsistent with posting, or I might have gotten more followers. Their support staff is extremely friendly and responds very fast. I’ve only had to reach out twice though. As a side note, I’ve noticed targeting smaller accounts got me more quality followers. When I targeted large accounts with millions of followers, I got a decent amount of spammy followers. However, you just have to find what works best for you. I love the fact that SocialCaptain’s dashboard shows which targets are converting the best. This is SO USEFUL. All in all, I’ve a wonderful experience with them.

My wife and I have our hands full between running our flower shop and raising our daughter. We tried to keep up with our Instagram too, but it was honestly too much of a hassle. Thankfully SocialCaptain has been able to do the heavy lifting for us.In the six months that we’ve been with them, we’ve gained over 11,500 followers.
