I like the Alerts telling me when I need to do something company wide - i.e register for open enrollment

it's not very accessible to everyone. meaning i could not send a message to my co-worker through snapcom

I enjoy working with the Support Team and my Account Rep. They are very responsive and professional. The SnapComms product is still evolving which is why I could not give a higher rating. Integration with the company's Active Directory system would be ideal instead of relying on a user to log into their client to determine if they are still active employees or if there have been distribution list changes. Finally, the need to Save in every screen is a bit of a pain as well as not being able to Preview from every tab.

What do you like best?

The SnapComms team is very responsive. They are always quick to help with a question and find solutions with the product. The onboarding was absolutely great. They followed up, helped us form a plan, and stayed with us every step of the way.

There are so many features, so many channels, so many ways of doing things. We have been able to find a number of uses for SnapComms in ways that fit just right with our company's communication strategy. We have a wide range of employee types that utilize their screens in different capacities. We have been able to send the same message over multiple channels so that each employee has a better chance of reading and absorbing it.

What do you dislike?

There were features we had to ask for. While I am very pleased with their response time and how quickly they were able to accommodate our requirements, some aspects of the system feel like they are still being developed.

Pulling others in our company into the content team has been a little challenging. There are so many features and possibilities; it has been difficult to figure out how we want to monitor them. New team members struggle with figuring out all the tools.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were looking to update our internal communication strategy. We wanted something that would let us reach out to our employees on a number of levels while not just adding to our email dump.

SnapComms has offered a wide range of tools that have helped us meet that goal. We feel that we have been able to emphasize our culture in the workspace without being too invasive in employees' natural workflow.
