What do you like best?
This is one of the very options we found that provided data driven approach to CSMs. Platform utilization as a SaaS company is very important to understand where we need to intervene and where the best utilization of the product was.
What do you dislike?
Setting up the integrations can be a little cumbersome but it would be necessary to get all the insights we need,

Every company's need is different. This will be different than some of the CSM software they have been used to but is very data driven

This has helped us understand where the platform is under-utilized and which customers are highly engaged.
What do you like best?
We are excited to be able to track the usage of our features and proactively take actions to address as required. It was a very tedious process for our CSM team to manually track it across various customers. Also, the ability to set automated alerts ensures we can focus our energies where required.
What do you dislike?
The implementation process has taken long but that has also been due to our internal development and release cycles. The SmartKarrot team have promptly responded to our queries and requests.

It is an amazing platform and has helped bring clarity through dashboards to a ton of data that we had available through multiple sources.
What do you like best?
SmartKarrot brings in quite lot of features that will help both B2C and B2B clients significantly in knowing the customer and usage pulse and then take necessary actions by creating segmentation at more granular level. Along with this the features like Smart Notification, Feedback/Survey adds lot of business advantage for the clients.
What do you dislike?
Nothing in particular. Segmentation showing guest users makes it difficult to get the actual users as this allows for duplicates.

Identifying the usage metrics of each and every future.
What do you like best?
SmartKarrot is very detailed and intuitive to use. As an enterprise product company, what makes SmartKarrot absolutely useful to us is the deep insight of user behaviour that it provides. It tells our Customer Success team exactly at what point are the users dropping off. But the true power of the platform lies in the fact that you can then set rules to intervene right from the platform itself. It has taken a lot of guesswork and repetitive tasks off our plate.

The integration is slightly elaborate and requires technical know-how to get going.

With SmartKarrot, we have realized not only customer success but also product success. On Customer Success front, we have been able to intervene at the right time and drive product/feature adoption. It is still early but this seems to be having a positive impact on our customer retention. On Product Success, we have been able to prioritize feature implementations that make more sense for the users.
What do you like best?
The fact that one is able to view and manage multiple touchpoints in a customer's journey for a client makes this a great platform to work with.
What do you dislike?
The user-interface could be slightly more intuitive.

If you are looking to engage your customer success managers via live dashboards, this is a great platform.

One view of multiple customer success managers is something that I always wanted. To be able to get a complete picture of each account makes it easier to improve the services to our clients.
