What do you like best?
The infographics/charts/graphs are all very high quality. Many to choose from. If you're looking to put someone together with very little time, then this software is for you. Infographics come basically made to print.
What do you dislike?
There really isn't that much to choose from when you get down to it. Yes there is a lot there but many of the graphs are so specific that I could never see myself ever having use for them. I also found that the graphs are so specific that customizing them is extremely hard. There were also many issues with choosing colors, margins, and text. I hate how it doesn't do spellcheck and how hard it is to find icons.

I used smart draw for business proposals and presentations
Smart Draw Cloud is a complete misnomer. There is nothing smart about it. And it lost my work... total and utter waste of time.
really poor UX, constant issues logging in and won't print,
Started out as a great program in the trial phase. So I bought the stand alone version. Nearly $300. All of a sudden, drawings would close as if they had a mind of their own. The program would save some changes, but not the most recent. Then yesterday, it crashed again, for the "umpteenth" time, but this time the last 2-3 hours of critical work on a house design...GONE! Even knowing this program crashes more often than old Microsoft, I would hit the "Save" button. But instead of saving, it would ask you to "Save As" and give the file a new name. Even the libraries got themselves all jumbled. I'd open up the "Living Room" library and get "Entertainment". Open another library and get images from an unrelated library. So today SmartDraw disabled my program key without warning, said they're going to refund the purchase amount to my credit card, and all the work I've created so far is LOST. So be careful if you purchase the program. It crashes a lot. Your drawings may or may not be saved. The libraries of images are quirky at best. And if you plan on receiving any kind of explanation, don't. Good luck.
SmartDraw is not compatible with Mojave and Safari versions and they won't definitively tell you that but their rep makes you feel like it's just you and your Mac.
