What do you like best?

Slope is an awesome tool for not only keeping me on task with the many creative projects that our team takes on, but in helping to keep all of the feedback we receive organized and accessible in one convenient location. The platform eliminates what would otherwise be lengthy email chains, sometimes from several different individuals, by creating a dedicated space for those conversations to live. Additionally, I love that I can look back on the archived progression and/or evolution of our pieces as we move them from the draft stage to the final product.

What do you dislike?

There are some file formats that don't always 'play well' with the platform, which can at times render the annotation feature (another one of my favorite capabilities! somewhat useless. However, our biggest problem tends to be with notifications/emails going out to our partners getting misdirected to spam or getting blocked by their servers entirely (but Brian is always great about helping us get these issues resolved promptly!.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Marketing has recently gone through the process of restructuring our team. As a result, all creative inquiries (graphic design projects primarily are more or less processed by one, dedicated individual. Being that individual, I was met with the challenge of have to organize project details and meet due dates for 3x more requests than I was accustomed to. With this increased volume of projects to manage, we knew we needed a solution to keep us on task and Slope has been that solution. We love how organized it keeps our project timelines as well as the feedback associated with them!

What do you like best?

Being able to share a project with health care companies knowing it's a secure platform is a huge sell for us.

What do you dislike?

We do a bunch of multimedia projects and at the current moment Slope isn't the best way for us to share galleries of images or batches of design files. Great for video but not great for photography.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're able to onboard new clients and get immediate feedback through Slope which has reduced our administrative costs over the short amount of time that we've been on the platform. Plus, every client has their own digital delivery system and instead of them needing to learn a whole complex application, we can get a client up and running within a day and our clients have really appreciated having a central place for them to collect feedback.

What do you like best?

We've used Slope to support our increased output of storytelling videos around our projects and programs. It is ideal for ensuring that multiple stakeholders get a chance to review and comment on the content. It is also a quickly evolving platform. Each time we wish for a new feature it is added.

What do you dislike?

As with any new platform, driving adoption among individuals who aren't creating or reviewing content regularly need to remember how to login and use it.

We have many stakeholders across the organization and coordinating reviews, especially with video, was a hassle. Slope created a central location and process for reviewing.

Content production is streamlined and organized. Reduces the headache of keeping track of multiple versions of content, leaving feedback, and keeping track of deliverables. All team members are accountable, approval is easy to request and give, and it's easy to see when each deliverable is due. Slope keeps the team on track, organized, saves us time, and keeps all our content projects in a central place (instead of being scattered all over in email, google docs, vimeo, slack, box, dropbox, etc.
