Have tried using the free version of this service to run some polls and quizzes in my company. Really disappointed by the lack of reliability of the platform. I won’t be using this service in the future and would not dream of parting with money. Put in a call via chat and staff just reacting in the old-fashioned way: attempting to peg it as user error. That’s not the way to start a conversation. Deeply unimpressed. Will try another tool in future.

Very often slido will crash - not sure and the auto saved options aren't available

What do you like best?
I value the opportunity to remain anonymous while answering questions and taking polls if necessary.
What do you dislike?
I don't think there is anything that I would say I "dislike". I use mostly the app on my phone when participating and sometimes the interface and toggles between tabs gets a little confusing, but for the most part is is very easy to use.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's fantastic for gathering input and ideas from multiple people and units who don't normally work together.
What do you like best?
It works great for our company-wide Q&A sessions, allowing team members to ask questions anonymously and upvote each other's questions.
What do you dislike?
Sli.do does not require a user account to participate in asking questions or voting. As such, it's very easy to game by upvoting the same question with multiple devices, or by logging into a different internet connection.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use the tool as a means of crowdsourcing questions across the company to be answered by our leadership team at company all hands meetings.
What do you like best?
Easy to use and we can post questions in real time. Voting feature is great for determining what question is the most relevant to our company for meetings, and you can sort based on that or recency so we can see when new questions come in.
What do you dislike?
When you refresh it resets the sort feature which is a little annoying, so you have to set it again each time if you want to see new questions.

We use it for anonymous questions at meetings. For our monthly all hands, we have this set up so we can ask questions directly to upper management and have them answered by them in the meeting.
